Questions Closers Actually Ask
What does "credit-checked" actually mean?
Before a buyer ever lands on your calendar, they've gone through our qualification call and a credit check. You're not meeting someone "thinking about maybe buying someday" — you're meeting someone who can move when you find them the right home.
Why is there an application at all? Why not just let me pay?
Because the guarantee only works if the agent does. We spend real money attracting and nurturing every buyer — handing them to an agent who won't show up prepared burns the buyer, the brand, and your market's reputation. So we pick. If that filter annoys you, we're probably not your platform.
I've been selling for 15 years. Why do I need your training?
You don't need training on how to sell. You need training on how ApptDaddy™ buyers are sourced, nurtured, and what they've already been told — so your first conversation continues the momentum instead of restarting it. Veterans usually finish it fastest. The ones who refuse it are the ones we decline.
What exactly does the 40% referral fee cover?
It applies only to deals closed from appointments we booked for you. Your own sphere, your own listings, your own deals — untouched. The 40% is also why you can trust the pipeline: we don't make real money unless you close.
What if you don't deliver my 3 appointments in a month?
Then we owe you — the shortfall is made up, per the terms in your member agreement. You'll see those terms in writing before any payment is made.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application within 2 business days. If it's a potential fit, you'll be invited to an interview with Bradley Pounds. After that interview, a determination will be made about your eligibility, and you'll get a clear yes or no.
